Featuring a touch-based interface for easy calibration of pH, DO, temperature, and foam sensors, the BIOCANVAS Lab Fermenter/Bioreactor integrates a SCADA microcontroller system for reliable logging and remote control. Its compact footprint and 10 L/20 L single-use bag compatibility make it ideal for sterile operations and small laboratory spaces.
Calibrate pH, DO, temperature, and foam sensors through a step-by-step wizard. Supports standard buffer, zero/span methods, and stores calibration history with offset alerts.
Define culture sequences (Startup → Growth → Induction → Harvest) with conditional triggers (e.g., DO < 30% → increase gas/agitation) and time-based or feedback feeding.
Space-saving footprint with front-access service layout and low-noise cooling. Designed for flexible operation in small laboratory environments.
Monitors sensor conditions, valves, and pumps. Logs alarms/events with real‑time monitoring and PC remote control. Exports batch reports to USB, CSV, or PDF.
Integrates O₂/CO₂ analyzers, gas mixers, balances, level sensors, external pumps, and analog printers via 0–10 V/4–20 mA, DI/DO, and optional RS‑485 interfaces.
Hybrid PLC‑microcontroller system with SCADA software ensures reliable data logging, remote monitoring, and control via OPC UA and Modbus TCP/IP.
Supports agitation, temperature, pH, DO, ORP, dissolved O₂, foam detection, automatic oxygen control, feeding pumps, and gas mixing through analog ports.
Up to four gases (O₂, CO₂, N₂, Air) with ratio control, DO step/closed‑loop control, and acid/base titration for pH stabilization.
Data stored via USB or Ethernet connection. Monitor and manage 1–6 channels from a single PC with user permissions and audit logging.
Supports 10 L and 20 L single‑use bags, ideal for sterile, disposable bioprocessing with minimal cleaning requirements.
