 Continuous culture

 

 Method of culturing cells in a state that 

the volume of the culture medium is fixed, and a new culture medium is not added from the outside.

The environment is continuously changed by theaction of a growing organism, and culture until the cultured organism can no longer grow.

               

 Method that continuously supplies fresh medium to the fermenter at a constant ratio and continuously discharges

the same volume of culture solution to the fermenter to keep the liquid constant at all times.
